Pros

Parking was pretty good. They are located less than a mile from Walmart. That's the best I can find to say about the place. Its a shame...Dr. Beckman, if he were still alive, would be very disgusted with the way this place is run.

Cons

Was laid off after 2.5 weeks after going through exhaustive procedures to be brought in. Management decided they want to "...go in another direction". The atmosphere was awful/depressing. The building is bleak and everyone is micro-managed to death.

Pros

Great people, good team culture. You will make lasting friendships with the people who work here and can make a home for yourself.

Cons

Low pay across the board. Unless coming in externally, most pay is 15-30% pay in range. Unless you stay in role for 15 years, you will most likely never even get close to 50% of your pay range. There is also constant turn over as new people coming in aren’t onboarded well or supported and burn out in less than 12 months. You stay for the people, not the pay.
