Pros
Fun industry - nothing else but I have to write more or Glassdoor will not submit :)
Cons
I wanted to be so wrong about working for a Russian company and be open minded.
But this is a nightmare place to work with arrogant founders. Avoid working here unless you only plan to stay a few months

- Managers lead conversations with "What are your blockers - how can I help you?"
- Mgmt trusts you can do your job (no micro managing)
- Senior leadership is authentically positive
- Teams celebrate all wins - big or small - in a way that boosts confidence, morale, and camaraderie
- Work/life flexibility. Hybrid work style but if you can't make it to the office or you have to leave early, no one thinks twice. No card swipe counting
- Great autonomy / trust = feeling of empowerment to do my job and the desire to do it well
Cons
- Contractors have very limited access to tools, communications and resources
- All-company communications could be more cohesive
