Pros

Brian the CEO is a good man who truly cares about his employees. There are lots to learn and many team events. Everyone's very helpful and treats you like family! The best company culture you can find anywhere! You get to work with different on-premises and cloud technologies which gives you good exposure and experience! If you are patient enough and not wanting to go up the ladder without taking the steps you will be rewarded and recognized in this place!

Cons

Work load can be high depending on the season but that's the nature of MSP companies. If MSP is not your thing you should go in house!

Pros

Birthday Benefits, Extended Health care, Good company culture

Cons

Wages, Hated when CEO used the "in line with market standards" as we lost good staff members for being too cheap. Hard to progress really unless you are first line support

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience working at BMC. We're glad to hear you enjoyed your time here! The wages piece is tricky - true, we need to pay competitive salaries, but we're not trying to complete with the Amazons, Googles, and Microsofts of the world. One way of viewing wages is that they are one piece of the "value" pie we offer our people. Some of the others are recognition and appreciation, continuous learning, and a fun and inclusive culture. Thank you for giving us something to think about - attracting and retaining talent is important!
