Cons
Sometimes the workload is heavy, there can be some micromanaging. Also, you can be faulted for clients missing appointments if you can't make up for your billable time.

Education CAN be paid for, but you are locked into a contract and cannot switch positions
Cons
Raises mean nothing. 53 cents is unlivable.
incredibly demanding job. Always short staffed so you are doing 2 - 4 peoples worth of work.
Constant training that needs to be done every 3 months.
Lots of opportunities for overtime. Shift variable pay. Variety of apps and systems to learn.
Cons
Outsourced most of IT then tried to hire them back when they realized it wasn't working out. Overworked and lack of training. Surprisingly poor health insurance for a healthcare system.
