      The company has amazing product, the work life balance is alright they are willing to work around your schedule, company is going through some restructure consistent feedback from corporate staff

      Lack of growth in the company and succession planning, technology is outdated staff is expected to market for the company through email captures

      Pros

      It was a good company to work for under a visionary CIO and supportive IT upper management. Flexibility was another perk as long as you got the job done.

      Cons

      Budget issue and Financial troubles led to chapter 11 and eventually disintegration.
