Pros

I worked at ARC for almost 15 years and was able to work in various positions in order to accommodate my family's needs. Awesome co-workers, managers and doctors. Multiple nurses have celebrated 25 year anniversaries.

Cons

Not much room for LVN's to promote. Pace was sometimes very fast and hectic. Size of company seemed to grow exponentially. Sometimes felt like cattle prodding patients through as fast as we could.

Pros

I had an excellent experience working within the Supply Chain department. The leadership is incredibly supportive and truly invests in their team's professional growth. Managing procurement for 36+ clinical sites provided me with high-volume, fast-paced experience in cold-chain logistics and medical supply chain management. If you are looking for a stable environment with a dedicated, hardworking core team, ARC is a fantastic place to build your foundational skills.

Cons

The organization can be quite traditional and resistant to change, which can be frustrating for those looking to implement modern process improvements or new ERP efficiencies. There is a 'if it isn't broken, don't fix it' mentality that can stall innovation. Additionally, for international talent, the lack of E-Verify participation is a significant hurdle. Despite the support of departmental leadership, the upper-level administrative and legal constraints regarding work authorization make it difficult for STEM OPT professionals to build a long-term career here
