Pros

For starters Sr. Management clearly know what they're doing and are extremely competent to lead the company. In terms of opportunities for growth; the sky really is the limit. However, everyone needs to know that you will only get as far as the amount of work you're ACTUALLY putting in. If you're lazy or don't want to put 100% of yourself into the job while at work, you won't be successful. Period. Ashley Ellis also has the best team I've been apart of to date. People here truly look out for each other's success and even the idea of back-stabbing here is laughable. If you're cutthroat and could care less about helping someone on your team; this isn't the place for you. Finally, once again you will only get as far as the work you actually put in. Expect to work but know that Ashley Ellis has one of the top compensation packages out there for a recruiter. Keep in mind that a base salary is only there to supplement you in between commission checks. If you're not putting in the work and not closing on business, then don't expect to make much money. For those who are prepared to work hard, learn everyday and be a part of a great team: you'll make money. There are absolutley no false expectations here: you earn what you work for.

Cons

As with many small companies the benefits leave more to be desired.
