I appreciate the amount of attention & professional development I received from executive positions. They spent more one on one time with me to develop my skills than I could imagine and I appreciate it very much to this day.
Cons
Daily SOP would change so often and have so many conflicting rules that it was impossible to operate effeciently & effectively. It seemed like every week, the middle managers were changing things up to try and develop a better process. It seemed as if some managers were worried about their role being deemed expendable, so they continuously came up with new plans to justify their position.
