I have been working at Academia Research part-time for more than 5 years
Pros
I have been associated with this company since 2009 as a Premium Resume Writer, and found it 100% genuine and true. Academia Research is a company of professionals and they fulfil their commitments with its writers. They pay on the committed dates and I did not find anything hidden.
Cons
The customer support response time is relatively slow. At times I had to wait for hours/days to get their reply.
Advice to Management
Please keep up the standard and besides your Academic Writing business kindly give more attention to your Resume Writing segment, I am ready to serve your customers.

Pros
The Writer Support service is usually available in 5 mins
Cons
1. Unreasonable fines ( the decision is made by them and cannot be challenged / appealed)
2. Low Pay, the money offered is not proportion to the efforts and time invested.
3. Few jobs, not many jobs to take and clients can request revision of your work as many times as they want.....
4. Possible calls made at 3 or 4 A.M. about the Orders you take
Advice to Management
You take up jobs in US and UK using so many websites, but you set up your base is in Cyprus???? Try to at least establish a physical branch in each region. Don't wanna work with you guys anymore..

Challenging and interesting tasks. Payment is issued without delay. Flexible working hours. Polite and helpful support. A possibility of direct communication with customers in case any clarification is needed. Lots of orders during the high season.
