Pros
I work with some of the best co-workers! They make work a lot of fun! The benefits are the best in the area. The work/life balance is important to ACT and they do their best to make sure that every employee has the time they need. There are career opportunities here. ACT offers a lot of training classes, both classroom setting and online.
Cons
The salaries for non-exempt workers is a little low, but benefits help offset that for me. There are a few to many "bosses". Not every department gets the same opportunities because management does not push those opportunities the same way.
