      Pros

      You get to work at a gym where nearly everyone is excited to be there and work out. You also get a free gym membership. Way better place to work than others like LA Fit because of how well they treat the emloyees

      Cons

      The sales pressure can be tough for the membership side of the house. Getting referrals and making calls can get really old really quick.

      Pros

      You get to help others on their health Journey, and generally you’ll meet great members and co-workeds

      Cons

      Everyone is underpaid, and growth opportunities are barely existent. I spend time and effort going above and beyond my role to help certain metrics and train other managers without any extra pay. They’ll definitely use your talents and then look to hire outside of the company instead of promote within.
