As a 17-year-old, this was my first real job, and Visions provided a welcoming and professional environment. I learned valuable customer service skills, how to handle financial transactions, and the importance of attention to detail. The team was supportive, and I felt respected and trusted despite my age.
Cons
Since I was only there for the summer, I didn’t get to see long-term growth opportunities. The role can be repetitive at times, especially during slower days, but that’s typical for this kind of position.
