      Great exposure to smart, experienced people in clean energy - solid product

      Cons

      Grew faster than internal systems and people could support so they were constantly cycling in brand new people and trying to bring them up to speed.

      Conceptually spot on with the integration of solar with thermal. Most of the individuals at the company are very passionate about clean energy and their products.

      Cons

      Initially some trouble with partnership arrangements - difficulty getting accuracy with tax credits addressed - too much of business was centered around on particular partner
