Pros
Having worked at other firms in a similar role, what really stands out to me is the investment in staff. Enact have a clear development plan in place, so if you are willing to put in the work, they will support your development. I also have a good work/life balance which the company seem eager to promote. There is a good working atmosphere within the department and the management team are very supportive
Cons
Conveyancing is a challenging job. It can be very demanding, and stressful at times, but that is the nature of the role.
