Pay/claims can come in late without a good reason, underpaid and overworked staff, squeeze projects and hand out uncompleted products. Which is why supporting the product/apps sucks. Software team/lead are incapable, high turnover. Many things are decided on a whimp and not thought out thoroughly. Worst case boss trust client more than the workers, unless u work there 10years

useless bunch of developers. Take days, weeks or even months to come up with a simple solution.
