We appreciate the feedback! It is important to get paid for your efforts that is why we pay on submission. We want our agents to get paid more and get paid faster!
Work from home. Excellent support system, especially for new agents. New commission structure makes it easier to figure out exactly how much you're making. Effort is rewarded by a higher commission level.
Lots of changes have happened in the last 3 months and it's definitely for the better. Any toxic/negative people have been removed from the company. The current team really believes in you and only wants you to be successful.
Cons
If you want free leads you're required to put in the time and effort.
