Pros
A lot of one on one time working with students, in addition to opportunities to lead a small classroom of kids during certain periods. If you want to stay at DHS to teach, it's a good way to make connections or develop a relationship with a teacher you want to student teach for.
Cons
The pressure to enforce rules in the library made the job a lot less fun whenever a manager or admin decided randomly during the year to make wearing IDs a priority.
