Pros

Dinner Lab gave me the chance to see a lot of skills I didn't know I had. I grew a lot both personally and professionally throughout my time with the company and even though the closing was a bit abrupt I know that years from now I will look at this specific time in my career as seminal and very important.

Cons

I think that communication was not great between teams nor between managers and employees. It sometimes felt like everyone was sprinting in different directions.
