- Trainers are helpful - Very welcoming willing to help - Provide all equipment - Polite

Cons

- Only 5 day long training - Deceitful about the job - During the ride along stage of the interview you're shown the "cool" fun stuff and not the reality - During the interview process a lot isn't explained
