The company prioritizes employee growth and development, helping individuals attain desired positions and offering a fun culture, including "best of" voting at the end of each month, showcasing top work with a prize. 5. The experience at Designity has been enriching both personally and professionally, providing an opportunity to work remotely, gain valuable guidance from colleagues, work on diverse projects, and contribute to a supportive and motivating company culture.

      The way that my mind works, startups are young businesses, they grow up, and we grow up with them. Designity is an startup, so if being an startup is a con, you need to find another job. So, here there is no cons! You are the key of managing your time as a remote worker. So, if you cannot manage your time, this is a con to you! Is this a con? Really? ... Advice your GP. 😉

      Designity has played a huge role in my professional growth. I've had the opportunity to work with incredible clients, collaborate with talented creatives, and take on leadership responsibilities that have expanded my skills beyond design alone. The culture is supportive, flexible, and filled with people who care about doing great work. I've especially appreciated the trust that's given to creatives and the opportunities to make a meaningful impact.

      Cons

      Agency life naturally comes with changing priorities and busy seasons, but I've found that communication and support are always available when needed.
