      A lot of positive things happening in the last year or so in the engineering which is refreshing AI is at the center of stage which is exciting

      Cons

      Legacy systems can become bottleneck at times but the team is uplevelling and modernizing at a rapid pace

      Management, teams & co-workers, competence in every department, proven business, the best product offering and developing more that scale well.

      Cons

      I like that they are quick to iterate and pivot if needed, but you may not like that depending on your personality.
