I remember feeling more valued as an employee at DatumRPO in my first month, than I did in 10 years with my previous employer - which is why I am still here 18 months later. It is so rare to find a company where the management and your colleagues care about you not only in your work life, but on a personal level too, and it makes such a difference. The office is such a happy environment, and the team are a real laugh! There is never a dull day.

Having worked in many different companies over the years I have to say this is the best atmosphere by far, it is warming and very helpful. The MD's take a very personal approach which is very refreshing. The company is constantly growing and at a fast rate.
