      Pros

      Great working environment. Very knowledgeable and fun loving Staff. Flexible hours. Good compensation package. Lots of fun social events, Approachable Upper Management.

      No Sicks days available, Will have to use vacation days

      Cybertech offers banked time, short-term disability (5 days or longer) and overtime pay for employees in addition to time off without pay for special circumstances (i.e. sabbaticals, extended trips, all Alberta legislative leave requirements) . If we were strictly salary then sick days would be applicable. We're working hard on the diversification front!
