      Pros

      Great team members and ability to work from home! This company is a great place to work as a medical writer -- whether you are just starting out at an entry-level position or in a more advanced role. Most if not all writers are working 100% from home but there are plenty of opportunities to collaborate with others so it doesn't feel like I'm isolated. I love that I'm always learning new things and, because of that, assignments are never boring.

      Cons

      Client pressures are certainly a factor but our project managers and content leads do a great job helping to manage client expectations and project timelines.

      Can work 100% from home if desired (no mandatory time in office required) Good communication with other team members (Teams chat and video call features used frequently) Interesting assignments -- I'm always learning something new!

      Pros

      Very experienced and talented staff, quality of work produced is excellent which made my work with external clients easier. Lots of client interaction and working with multiple departments within CLD - I enjoyed that the most.

      Cons

      Always something new to learn but I happen to like that.
