Great people! Being a part of a smaller privately owned company with direct access to the President & CEO is invaluable. It creates opportunities to move up within your own division or learn something new across the different lines of business. Young leaders with synergies & the work ethic to grow the company together is my favorite part of this place. Not to mention, working with the best advisors in the industry!
