Cosmoprof is like a family. Lots to learn and forever challenging with new products etc.

Cons

Hard to move up within the company because each store has only limited staff.

Great store, great education for professionals, really good discount at Sally’s and CosmoProf. Nice helpful District manager and store managers across Ontario to lean on for support. A lot of apps for finding information on your own. Great bonus for store manager and sell certain products and get extra $$ on pay!! Benefits are great even for part time. Hours are great as no evening shifts and done by 4 on weekends!

Cons

Small teams, not enough loyalty from part time that call in sick often. Some managers talk behind each others back about everybody, guess you get that everywhere!
