      Pros

      People are very easy to work with. Everyone is nice and easy going. Great place to gain valuable experience. Management is very flexible and is willing to listen.

      Cons

      They have been understaffed lately. They need more developers, testers and business analysts to keep up rapid growth of the company.

      The software team has very strong leadership and vision. Cross department engagement and work is encouraged. Ideas are well received. Ownership genuinely cares about the employees.

      Cons

      Hours can be strenuous. The team structure sometimes requires you to wear too many hats. Commuting from the city is not fun.
