I really enjoy my job at compu-mail. The owners are on site daily.

Pros
Friendly and helpful co-workers. Although stressful at times, a good team pulls together to help and that’s what I have experienced. This is true of my team, including my manager and upper management. They encourage and are open to new ideas. They also understand about needing to have a good laugh at work to easy the stress or just to build the relationship of the team. They are also sensitive to family obligations and commitments and the importance of being available for your family when neeeded.
Cons
Because of being a small company, the benefits are not as plentiful as a larger company may offer.
