After one year at the company, I can honestly say that I really enjoy working here. The work is challenging in a good way, and it gives me many opportunities to learn new things, improve my skills, and grow professionally. Every day feels a little different, which keeps the role interesting and pushes me to become better. One of the things I appreciate most is the company culture and the personal approach. I truly feel that the company sees its employees as people, not just as numbers. There is a real sense of support, respect, and trust, and that makes a big difference in the day-to-day work experience. The environment is positive and motivating, with people who are willing to help, share knowledge, and work together as a team. I also feel that there is room to take responsibility, face new challenges, and develop myself both professionally and personally. I joined the company 5 months ago. First of all, amazing location, inside a Kibbutz, very quiet and pastoral atmosphere. Second of all, the company has amazing culture, very flexible and always willing to listen to employees. I can work from home part of the time, but find myself always going to the office! Oh, and they allow pets here which is amazing!!
