Pros
Young company with great potential. Good co-workers with a decent work attitude. They have a foozball table and little things like company provided snacks, drinks, and frequent lunches.
Cons
Can be a fast pace and what you are working on can change on a dime based on priorities that come from clients.

nice people, very Irish-American, creates an atmosphere that is like a "family" since some of the employees come from one family. Typical start-up positive and negative issues.
Cons
does not know what they are doing to grow from their existing client base, denial of reality, have to be Irish to be accepted.
