      Pros

      Enjoyable day-to-day experience, very smart colleagues, pragmatic and overall focused management. Overall an excellent employer, great products to work on, and a place I would highly recommend working at

      Cons

      Being a smaller company, it is on the lower end salary-wise. Not criminally bad, just not Big Tech money + bonuses. Although I would argue that the work environment, team attitude, and company mission more than make up for it.

      Pros

      I’m fortunate to work with such a smart, collaborative team—it’s truly a pleasure to be part of this company. Contributing to something meaningful makes the experience even more rewarding and inspiring.

      Cons

      There aren’t any major downsides, but you do need to be adaptable. Since it’s a mid-size company, you’ll often take on tasks outside your job description and expand your skill set—which I personally find exciting and rewarding. However, this environment may not be the right fit for everyone.

      Wonderful, down-to-earth people with a genuine passion for their work. Everyone is collaborative and happy to help you learn and grow. There is a great balance of quarterly events and team-bonding. You're allowed ownership of your work and usually get to see it through end-to-end, free to give your input and help make decisions every step of the way. You'll likely be able to hear directly how your work has impacted customers.

      You will have a wide variety of responsibilities that you need to prioritize accordingly.
