Pros
Citigate Cunningham is a solid PR shop with people who can do good work. They have a good client list and work hard for those clients. If you play ball with senior management, they'll give you more opportunities and chances to get ahead.
Cons
It can be a hard place to work if you don't follow the Citigate Cunningham method, and unique ideas from lower-level employees are sometimes killed off quickly with the phrase "it's always been done this way," which can be frustrating -- if things were always done the same way, we'd still be living in caves and hunting with spears.
