      Pros

      i joined software development team as ui developer, siva and narulla are good managers. gave me lot of room to learn new skills. always supported me in tough projects. very friendly work environment, lot of good projects which are challenging, wfh is good. i get time to spend time with my parents. innovation meeting is good to learn new technologies.

      Cons

      work tracking on daily bases. 2 big monitors for working and no laptop. hr policy / leave policy is old. lot of planning and documentation.
