      Everyone was kind and incredibly supportive. They welcomed me with open arms and were always willing to help me grow into a better engineer.

      Pros

      Great leadership team! They really spend time getting to know their employees and working with them. Overall, I felt supported whenever I had new ideas come to light and always felt respected. If I became overwhelmed or stressed out with something, leadership was there to discuss and problem-solve. The culture overall was awesome. They really made you feel like a part of the team.

      Wish we could meet in person more often, but that's the life of remote work!
