      Pros

      One of the things I really appreciate about working here is the consistent 8-hour schedule, it supports a healthy work-life balance. I'm trusted to work independently, which shows the company values responsibility and accountability. If a personal emergency ever comes up, management is flexible and approachable, as long as the trust isn’t taken for granted. Another great aspect is the opportunity to increase your earnings when you consistently hit your goals. There are also ongoing trainings to help you keep improving, and the company invests in keeping everyone up to date.

      Cons

      As with any performance driven role, if you don’t achieve results over time, you won’t receive bonuses which is understandable. After a few months without performance or sales, it’s natural for the company to expect improvement, just like in most results-based jobs. It can be a bit stressful if you're going through a slow period, but it also pushes you to stay focused and consistent.
