      Cons

      In the last couple of years, the company has changed a lot due to a couple of acquisitions. Developers have to adjust to the new companies' culture and their tech stacks.

      The culture of the company is great and everyone I worked with was amazing. They care about their employees, have fun and work hard.

      Pros

      Great company to work for that has a flat (and accessible) management structure. The team is all very young yet experienced which creates a fun culture. Always some events happening to get involved in. Great location to work. Plenty of new tech to play with and opportunities to get involved with new projects on new tech stacks allowing you to grow personally. If you give full effort you will get recognised

      Cons

      Need more meeting rooms on a Monday, other than that it is great place to progress.
