Pros

Amazing team, the company really looks after its staff. The competitive compensation and benefits. Office is spacious and not overcrowded. Work transport after 6pm

Cons

In office 5 days a week - which may not work for some people End the work-day later than most companies. UK holidays and Daylight savings applies to SA workers.

Pros

I have been here for almost 4 years and continue to be shown progression opportunities throughout. I am now picking up additional HR responsibilities and branching outside of just recruitment. The quarterly objectives really help us to focus on areas that are important, as well as stretch targets to help us achieve more!

Cons

I believe the company could put more of a focus on culture and wellbeing, looking into things such as incentives (outside of commission), company events and general mental health and wellbeing of employees.
