Benefits, time off, paid holidays, senior management actually cares about all employees (not just the supervisors and managers). Annual survey results are thoroughly reviewed and they take immediate action to address employee concerns
Cons
Lack of advancement opportunity (when you do move, it's normally a lateral move with no salary increase). Work can become tedious and boring, especially in the "off season".
Growing company but maintains small company values, family is first and work hard play hard. Owner makes working harder worth it, appreciation of employees goes a long way. This is a job and we do have a job to do but it is not what defines us, we are people too.
Very friendly atmosphere and employer is very understanding when you need to take time off. Though promotion is based on seniority rather than competence. Christian run and and principally driven work ethic.
Cons
Seniority is given precedence over employee competence. It is a shame that senior management feels manipulated by their employees that forces the management to keep them employed. This is hurting the efficiency and productivity that "could be" within CUI.
