      Great place to work, high expectations

      Pros

      The company has a high bar of performance. Expect to be surrounded by high performers and the general expectation is way beyond a 9-5. That being said, you get rewarded for your work and it feels like everyone is bought into the mission.

      Cons

      Product is buggy and complex. It would be beneficial for product to slow down on new releases to focus on refining what’s already been released. It would be helpful if we had a team solely focused on the user experience from configuration standpoint.
