      We appreciate the review, thank you! Although we are now working on the 9th generation of our product, in many ways it still feels like we are a young company. The energy and challenge of creating something new is part of it, as is continuing to view our team as a family. We are growing in numbers, and have changed to a work-from-home company, but are committed to retaining the flexible and supportive atmosphere that we value.

      Management care about the well being of employees; treat them like family Managers are approachable and support employees in acquiring new skills and reward them with incentives when you go beyond Weekly events (via Teams) to grow inter-departmental connections The company is growing and lots of work and opportunity to advance Management is approachable and open to new ideas

      Nothing to note. Management is implementing new processes and tools to ensure staff are able to meet the demands arising from growth.

The biggest room in our office is the one for improvement :) We appreciate the fact that employees regularly participate in providing input and feedback into our policies and practices. They know best what they need to meet the demands of their work and work/life balance.
