The litany regulatory hoops required when utilizing federal and state funds is a major frustration. Requirements have been known to suddenly change half way through a project.
Close knit employees who take their jobs seriously but take care of each other and have fun. Potlucks, etc were a common theme. BWF put's a ton of weight on training and ensures you have what you need to complete the job..
Cons
There weren't really many downsides. The amount of work we had to complete as an individual sometimes was cumbersome and didn't seem to be prioritized by others.
