Great place to get experience in property management

Pros
The owner is approachable, main office is easy to get a hold of, training available, vacation time, paid holidays, commission bonuses every pay day, flexibility, no corporate brainwashing, they allow you to be your own person, organized, has come a long way from how they use to operate.
Cons
The pay rate could be better but I guess that's why they supplement your pay with commissions, no benefits, no insurance, lack of maintenance people to do repairs, no cleaning people to clean units when tenants move out, no emergency contact after office is closed, they make you wait a year before you get paid holidays and vacation.

Cons
Illegally classifies most employees at contractor (10-99) to avoid paying payroll taxes, benefits, and unemployment (not if but when they fire you).
