A powerful force in the industry. Provides personal/remote meetings and a great relationship when presentations in person are needed. Challenged by the online economy, huge marketing potential. Team members open to a changing corporate identity. Constructive feedback on project drafts. Quick response to relaying project data and answering questions. Great team attitude.
Cons
High-level vision and direction avoids some risk in order to meet with familiar tactics. Beginning freelance designers will face tentative corporate politics when pushing the creative envelope.
