      Pros

      Bluehost is well known in web hosting and WordPress. This makes it easier to attract technical candidates because they recognize the brand and see it as a good place to gain solid experience.

      Cons

      We compete with larger tech companies that offer higher pay and remote work, while our compensation is lower and roles are fully onsite. This makes attracting and closing top talent more challenging in today’s market.

      Pros

      The company consistently holds town halls, which keeps everyone well-informed and aligned with important updates and goals. I’ve also been fortunate to work with very understanding managers. Across the board, the leaders I’ve worked with share the same accommodating and supportive approach, which creates a positive and collaborative work environment.

      Cons

      Nothing significant comes to mind at the moment. Like any company, there’s always room for growth, but overall the direction has been positive. My hope is that any changes moving forward remain thoughtful and not too drastic, so the strong culture and processes in place can continue.
