Pros
Fantastic collaborative environment. Staff stay driven while keeping a fun energy. Employees respect each other and are always open to suggestions and brainstorming. Huge focus on work-life balance (social events for employees). 401(k) match is impressive, great healthcare, disability, PTO and holiday policies.
Cons
There can be an expectation to resolve problems without thorough direction. The absence of micromanagement is actually more of a pro. It just requires full attention to all surrounding situations and putting in hard work to keep things running smoothly.
