This is a group of highly intelligent, driven, and genuinely friendly people. Over the last number of years, BioConnect has opened doors I couldn't have imagined before starting. The opportunity to grow into a leader here is palpable. BioConnect's formal leadership and informal leadership encourages you to do better and be better every day. Although I'm moving on from BioConnect, I will carry relationships and friendships well past my last day.

Cons

BioConnect has a very deep technology stack. I believe they will hone in on a single use case and excel.

BioConnect is a great place to learn and develop. They give you the opportunity to grow and explore new ideas. They challenge you to think outside the box and push beyond what you thought you could do. BioConnect is fast-paced. After spending some time there, if you stop and actually look back at what was accomplished, you'll be amazed by the complexity and size of the tasks you were able to accomplish.

Cons

BioConnect's contagious curiosity sometimes makes it seem like they're trying to do too many things at once. A bit more focus would help everyone row in the right direction.
