Pros

Good support for distributed development. Many people work from home all or part of the time. Large team many with deep experience. Market dominance of the product line.

Cons

Not much face to face interaction. Teams are distributed over many centers in Australia and New Zealand.

We appreciate the time you have taken to review Best Practice Software. As a business, we try our best to work with our team members to provide solutions that allow flexibility (Work from Home - Hybrid arrangements) that supports some of our personal needs, while balancing the possible impacts this might have on consistency or wellbeing. The flip side of a flexible arrangement is the balance of social interaction with fellow team members that is face-to-face, so, maybe a few more (planned) days in the office with team members would be a solution to the lack of face-to-face contact.

Pros

Fantastic Australian grown business with a great culture, delivering the best of breed healthcare solutions to the Australian Healthcare Market. Flexible WFH arrangements, focus on high output but within standard business hours, very supportive of mothers returning to work and the numerous staff members who work from remote locations. Lots of opportunity for growth and career enhancement. Always listens to ideas put forward and willing to adopt them!

Cons

Cannot name any, the owners are extremely supportive and have a long history of looking after their employees and providing great products and services.

It's great to hear that you like the flexible (hybrid) work environment we have adopted. As a business, we're always striving to provide an environment that encourages career growth, so it is nice to have this recognised by a current team member.
