Pros
AngelHack has a diverse, international team who are driven and able to achieve amazing things across borders and time zones. There is a huge amount of support for every member of the team. There are several interesting projects and opportunities for growth, travel, and real impact.
Cons
You're not going to be working 9-to-5s or 40-hour weeks. The work is dynamic and fun, but can be extremely demanding and stressful. Jobs and tasks can switch often. Good for people who would get bored easily, but not for those who want consistency.
