      Pros

      Great salary and commission plus good amount of days off for sick leave and vacation.

      Cons

      If you do not perform well you will be fired. So just be a superstar and they will not bother you.

      Pros

      Everyone was friendly and willing to share information freely, it was not "competitive" it was "inclusive" where your Leaders and Peers all wanted one another to succeed.

      Cons

      The Management and Co-Workers are outstanding individuals; as a Company the offerings in terms of Health Insurance and Benefits were not realistic with others in the market. I would return if an opening became available - however when I worked there in 2017 the benefits were the most sub-par I have seen in my career.

      Great work environment, great people, and very rewarding jobs

      CVS owns Advanced Care Scripts and many changes are coming down the pipeline to bring ACS more in line with CVS's systems
