      Pros

      At Addictive Mobility, I feel valued and heard. Praise is given when deserved and help is provided when needed. If I were to run into issues, I know I could turn to management and ask for help. Work/Life balance is taken seriously here and encouraged every day. We are given free lunches every 3 weeks and 1 outing every quarter.

      Cons

      It is an open concept office, which sometimes bothers me.
